Every strike group is a little different on how they go about promoting, and I thought it was best to go into some detail about how we do promoting here at Zombie Bunny! 

The Week Before Preorder

This is the time when we start ramping up for our Preorder! During this time, we will be organizing everyone into days to promo, collecting final photos, and making any last minute adjustments. All of this will be happening on our Facebook Group!

Checklist

• Turn in your final photos to the Round Album by the due date
• Post any Sneak Peeks in the Sneak Peek Album and in Main Group
• Sign up for two days, not including the final day (everyone will promote on the final day) 
• Set up a mini Album in the "Round # Promo" album to later post your screenshots. 

The Week of Preorder

This week is the big promo week! By now, everyone should be signed up for promo days and know which days they are in charge of going out and promoting. Reminder, you will need to have signed up for two days plus the final day (so three days total)! During Promo, you'll take your best photos and go out to other groups and post!

Checklist: 

• Promote outside at least twice on each of your given days, making sure to stagger your posts within these groups at least an hour apart from other sewists so not to clog up other groups' feeds. 
• Post screenshots of your promoting in your respective Promo Album. 
• Check on your posts and interact with anyone that has responded to yours. 

Tips & Tricks for Promoting

•  Use Hashtags, especially on Instagram! This will help attract others to your post and will help us follow along. Here is some Hashtags we have used in the past (you don't have to use these if you have your own!)

• Don't forget to tag us (also especially on Instagram!)- we like to add your posts to our Stories!  Our handle is @zombiebunnyfabrics.
• We also have an account on TikTok, although we do not have any videos at this time. Our handle there is also @zombiebunnyfabrics
• Don't forget to include either a link to the website (if outside of Facebook) or a link to our Main Group. 
• If you see other Strike Sewists out in the wild, make sure you help them out as well and comment on their post! This will help their post gain more visibility. Also, a simple Love, Care, or Wow interaction will help boost the post in the algorithm! 
•  Mix up your wording on your posts - don't copy and paste from one post to the next; this will give a little variety! 

Don't know where to post on Facebook? Here is some Facebook Groups that allow for promotional posting!

• Please be mindful when posting - we don't want to over spam a promo-ing group! Check posts prior to posting yours to make sure another sewist hasn't recently posted.
