Shipping
Our shipping is determined by weight and fabric base of your order when you check out. All packages are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking numbers; all packages over a pound include insurance.
We know the harshness packages go through when in transit, so we do our utmost best to make sure your package will survive the journey. All orders are wrapped in a protective plastic poly mailer (sometimes two, just to be sure!), and be warned, we like tape. Like, a lot.
We do not batch print shipping labels. This means that when you receive a shipping notification from us, your order has been completed, processed, and will shortly (within a one or two business days, most often same day) be dropped off at the post office. All packages are delivered directly to the post office (we don't have USPS do pickups, that way we can be sure that all packages get accounted for and scanned).
Combined Orders: We do combined up to 3 orders, as long as we are notified that you would like your orders combined prior to order processing. Please send us your order numbers so we are able to find the orders quickly and can make note to combine them. Any refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment EXCEPT for orders that use Paypal. Due to a change in Paypal's policy, all refunds for combined orders will have a store credit issued instead.
Missing Packages: If you do not receive your package or if your packaged is received and the contents inside are damaged, please get a hold of us (either through Facebook Messenger, our Contact Us form, or email us)! We will happily assist you in filing a claim and righting the issue.
Vinyl: Due to the odd, long shape of vinyl rolls, vinyl rolls will ship separately from all other orders. If ordered with other fabric bases, our website will add the additional shipping charge to your overall shipping total. All vinyl will come wrapped in a protective interior poly mailer as well as a thick shipping poly mailer to make sure your vinyl does not get damaged in transit.
Shipping Rates (Domestic): Shipping rates vary depending on the weight of your order. All orders are wrapped in poly mailer bags to help protect your order incase of transit damage. For the examples below, we are using Cotton Spandex as our example base; different fabric bases have different weights and could vary your shipping price.
